Plans to stay healthy (and avoid future expensive medical cost):
1. Eat healthy, complete 3 meals everyday, avoid oily stuff, sweets.
2. Exercise more, e.g. take a walk after meal everyday
3. Brush teeth and floss after meals.
4. Try to stay away from radiation active objects, such as TV,computers, microwaves, cell phone, as much as possible..(this one is hard to do.. .)
